    Has anyone seen any acorns falling yet especially in NC cause i put out some acorn rage and the deer tore it up also everyone keeps telling me there aint no acorns this year??????????

    I haven't noticed here in SW Ohio but I imagine they are since some of the leaves are starting to change color.

    Not falling here in MO/KS yet as far as I know. Seems to be a good mast crop this year though, bur oaks and white oaks and chestnuts here are absolutely loaded.

    i've seen little baby acorns on the ground, but the bigger mature ones are still up high as far as i know here in NJ

    I haven't noticed any here in Iowa, But it's been a week since I've been out to the woods. With the near drought conditions here right now, I'm sure they will be falling by the bucket loads. normally they don't start really dropping here till oct.

    I noticed a bunch of green acorns at my grandma's over the weekend. Her property is in western Greene County in southern Indiana.
