    I didn't see it on their website (I skimmed quickly), but I assume these are non-broadhead targets?

    At this time yes. I can assure you a BH target is on the list to come though.

    To me work and play should be kept separate. I know a guy who loved to fish and was the best fishermen I knew. He thought it would be a good idea to quit his job to become a fishing guide, and sell his handmade fishing rigs/lures in the off season. He did well and had many happy customers, but ultimately he lost his passion for fishing because he was around it so much.
    He's retired now, but doesn't fish at all. Here's hoping working in the hunting industry doesn't do the same to you.

    Good luck to you. It should be an interesting and rewarding job. Being a writer, I get to test a lot of products and love it. I get to do what I like and provide feedback to the manufacturer at the same time. It sounds like your testing is a lot more advanced than mine. I just use products in the field. Keep us posted on the new targets.
