Ok well the contradiction in that is that conservatives preach fewer laws and less government while trying to creation a law telling people that they cannot do something and making that persons mind up for them. I think some of you are going a little too far in drawing comparisons to babies being born and then thrown into the river with the alligators to die. No one is killing babies after theyre born except mothers and fathers who shake their baby, put them in microwaves, leaving them in cars to cook..you know those people who shouldn't be allowed to have kids? You are not those people so how can you make their mind up for them? Just because it is an option doesn't mean they are going to do it.

You are dodging, my friend. I am for people making up their own minds about whether or not to have an abortion, not government making up their minds for them. I am for couples trying to conceive any way they can (IVF in this case) and when done determining the fate of their embryos.

Take your time, days even, I am in no hurry. This is not something that needs to be decided upon in minutes. The more thought put into something is always good.

There is insemination it just happens in a petri dish. Then they take the inseminated eggs and implant them into the uterus.
While I would want to kill the guy that raped my wife... I couldn't kill the baby. Neither could my wife as we have talked about it. He might of "spawned " it by raping her but the baby is still part of her... not just him. I couldn't kill a baby in any circumstance nor could I hate it because it is still a part of her. " WE " could not even give the baby away and would raise it with the same love as our other kids. I will save my blood thirst and hate for the rapist. He better hope the cops get to him before I do. While I might not kill him... he would never be capable of raping another woman ever again. Tim
Oddly enough,when my wife and I decided to have our first child,she was not ready but new I was and did it for us. When we decided to have the second, wasn't sure I wanted another child but I did it for us. Neither of us regret our decision and there is nothing like watching your children grow.
But it doesn't grow without being implanted. If left alone,it will die on it's own. Abortion is killing of a child. If the parent lives,the child lives,unless an outside force terminates it. Or in some cases,it just isn't meant to be and it terminates itself for whatever reason. Been down that road and It hurts.
