These are my observations of my new Mathews Creed that I bought a week ago. It's a 2013 model that I got brand new In box for 699.00. I'm coming from a newer Martin Bengal Pro so using that as my baseline. First off its a love or hate with Mathews geo grid riser, personally I love it especially in person. It flows great and has a very nice finish in lost camo. The draw is butter smooth and if you draw slow and even I don't notice the bad drop into the valley I've heard of. The grip is bulky and easier to torque but easy to adjust to. I'm getting very good accuracy out to forty and had no trouble walk back tuning. The crazy thing is out of the box I have no cam lean at brace, I mean none. Here's a pic image.jpg
At the shot slight tip forward but no vibration and very easy to follow through. The only thing I can complain about are the tiny yellow stretch marks on the limbs in the finish where they flex. It's just cosmetic of course but a bummer on a high end bow. All in all after a week I could in no way be happier. Feel free to ask me any questions if your considering one and I'll be more than happy to answer them.

Congrats on the new bow - it's a sweet shooter. :tu:

I would recommend looking into a Focus grip. IMO it's much more comfortable than the slim wood grips that they come with from the factory, and resists torquing quite a bit better as well.

I am going to try a Focus grip on my 2013 Creed. Are they easy to install yourself?

Yep - you can do it in about 2 minutes. I used a small screwdriver to pry the wood handle off my Heli-m, and a little weatherstripping adhesive before putting the Focus on. Simple as pie my friend.
