Sota is the sage here! My property is 5 acres huntable of my 40 acre farm. That small spot is my sanctuary, but I've found over the years to stay away until peak activity. If I start too early, there will be no rut on my small sanctuary. Getting in & out undetected is key! You have a great start Mike. Good luck buddy
My set up is great I have a trail that go straight to the rear of my box blind 6 ft grass on both sides nothing can see me coming. The only weak spot would be sound if they heart my feet in the snow or crunchy leaves. Mike4christ

Good luck! I'd love to see you stick one of those bucks. I too hunt a small farm that only has 10 acres of timber on it and it produces some studs. Has good land surrounding it with very little hunting pressure and the pressure that there is around it is from smart hunters. Hope the best for you!
