    Bruce and Graham..What an awesome story of friendship and yes, even love. Thank-you for sharing. We see so many posts about what is "bad" about hunting, this was a welcome change!

    Last night Graham and his wife were over for dinner after he and I went thunting. Backstrap from the buck rolled in crushed pepper, seared at high heat in a pan and then finished in a 500 degree oven for a few minutes, nice and very rare. 3 dipping sauces: raspberry based, balsamic vinegar based and mustard based. Venison never tasted better for a lot of reasons.

    Tuck and I found the arrow that I lost in the laurel. Not too far back, only .6 of a mile.
