What company has the best heat treat on their fixed blade broadhead blades?

Well consider most arent heat treated at at all, just stamped pot metal crap.
Your going to have to look at more premium heads to find blades that been heat treated to any degree to produce a combination of harness with edge taking abilities.
VPA, Soilds, German Kentics, Irow wills, Valkyrie, kudu points , Oz cuts, that's a few off the top of my head

Oh, I know those 12 for $12 (or less) things on the big river site might be good for a canoe/kayak or float tube anchor ... if you have enough of them, and are absolutely worthless for pretty much anything else. :)

Looks like Trial gave you some of the best that’s out there. My preference is German Kinetics. Works of art is more like it ! They cut and stick in your skin just from handling them. Lol

I’m going to go out on a limb and say Wasp Boss , the broadhead, not the blades are heated onto the ferrule? Don’t know for sure, never mattered to me, but “looks” like they are ? Same with Muzzy Trocar tips ?

Sounds like you’re wanting Case hardened steel blades for toughness ? To me that’s GK’s.

You might get many other to input. I know Iron Will are hot right now and I haven’t tried them yet, but will soon.

Yeah. I figure the formerly car and pickup truck fenders, door skins, etc. sheet metal broadhead blades will leave a lot to be desired.
