    Really simple.

Can shooting traditional tackle improve your compound shooting skills? How?

I wish I could help ya, once I started shooting a Longbow I never shot a compound since, never will, I wouyld have to say that it probably would help with picking a spot, concentration and especially with your follow thru.

I bounce back and forth, and for me they are as different as night and day.

BUT I do think just the fact of your brain needing total mental focus to shoot a trad bow well, MAY help you focus when you make the jump back to the compound & thus making you a little better. Other than that, I don't see any carryover.
