I think you need to let him walk and go after him next year when I don't have a side bet with you. Haha. Seriously though, I'm afraid that I would have to pass if I were you. Not every deer has the potential to reach that 200" mark. It's not like they come along every day. And like you said, you'll never know just how special he could be if he's killed before his prime.
