Hey guys and gals. I was on here a fair amount last year, not as much this year. Things have been crazy busy this year and shooting the bow hasn't happened near as much this year as it did last year. Maybe once a month since April or so. As the summer continued on and life has been busy I've just kind of accepted that I wasn't probably going to bow hunt this year. I'm a muzzleloader guy first and foremost and that's been my priority.

In mid July I sprayed my food plot and pulled the card from the camera. I had a lot of does and fawns, a couple small bucks and the back half of a buck and his rack that looked like he had some serious potential. Sometime the first week of August I checked it again and had the picture below on there. I think it's the same buck with another month of growth.

I know not the best pictures, but that second one is enough that I'm suddenly out shooting the bow every evening after work. Food plots are in and I'm counting down the days until September 16th!
