A buddy of mine races his stock car at a local track and travels to several other tracks. This year he signed up at Champion Sparkplugs for a sponosrship. He made the voting cut for the first round and won 5000. But now he is in it for the big sponsorship of 50k. If he wins it he plans on moving up from the modified class to late model. The second round of voting does not totally set the outcome, Champion still has the final decision. BUt he is trying to get votes from every state and he is down to 2.
