This was the view returning from my stand this morning. Woke up to a coating of white stuff and a 20 degree temp. Factor in 12 MPH winds and it's a cool morning for Oct. 10th. More December like. I don't know if I remember ever having snow this early in MN? Pretty morning, thought the deer would be moving around me. More snow in the forecast for tomorrow night into Monday morning.

We just got a light dusting today. But it would help me to be able to see the deer easier!

We were supposed to have some snow here today, but if we got any it was during the night. Pretty cold this morning though!

Wow, I couldn't imagine seeing snow already. Sure is pretty, though.

Odd year for sure. I'm sitting here in early October with the flu:( I don't usually get that until Jan/Feb.
