Stickers from 2008 was a 2 year old. If he were/is alive today, he would be a freak.

Speaking of which.. I have an interesting email of what could be him taken a few miles away in Brown this year.

I'll send it tomorrow to you as I no longer have his trailcam pics... and you encountered him more.

Word.. it certainly is. Like I said.. many of the 1 olds never came back... but 3 did... and you can clearly see the difference in genes when they have a good start at age 1. It's crazy.

Now.. I have a freak of a 1 old visiting the scrape this year... goofy splits off his G-2's.. and his right brow... he might be a freaky stud if he sticks around.. he certainly has lately.

Congrats again on the new purchase Fran.

    Great stuff Duke.

When I started running cameras a few years ago, I noticed a few 1.5 year olds returning to the same cameras the following year. However, when they hit 3 most are not to be seen again. I would suspect that many were killed, heck I even killed one of them in '06 mistaking him for a 3 year old.

This is some intresting information here. I have spent a lot of time this year trying to figure out what bucks that were 1.5 yr olds last year, that have showed back up on camera this year. This is how you start a great history with a story line. Already looking forward to seeing the STUD 2 next year!!

Like I said I wasn't disagreeing. The biggest 2 year old I've ever saw myself was a 115 Inch or so 8 point that I had countless Interactions with this year. I was amazed at his rack for that age. He got thumped during our gun season though. It would've been Interesting and very educational to see what he would've done next year. Bucks getting any age to them where I hunt Is not a common thing, hence my point.

The buck my brother shot was a 15 point buck (main frame 12). The trail cam pictures of this buck said 4.5 but after we found him that day we believe he's a 3.5 year old, he grossed out at 155 Inches. Last year this same buck was a 9 point and we figured he was a 3.5 scoring In that 110 to 115 Inch range but Instead must've been a great 2.5. The P&Y scorer who green scored It the other day figures he would've been a B&C buck next year at 4.5 with the big jump he took this year.

Sweet, I look forward to seeing it. I have a couple trail cam pics on my computer here, but JZ has my video and there were some pretty good shots of him in there.

I've seen the photo and there's really no way to tell if it's him or not. Same flyers on the G2's but that's where the similarities end. Of course it's hard to tell if a 125" 2 year old blew into a 200" 4 year old when he adds a ridiculous amount of mass and sticker points. Possible, but who knows.

If that buck was a 3.5 yr old he's not the norm for sure... a stud he certainly was.

Congrats to your bro again. Seriously though.. is he your twin?
