Well, scheduled to fly out to Maine on Saturday for my first bear hunt. Really looking forward to it. This was the first week of the season and already 2 down and 2 guys missed other bears. Supposedly a giant lurking around a couple of the bait sets. Unfortunately Hurricane Earl may be throwing a HUGE wrinkle in our plans. We're supposed to fly into Portland, ME on Saturday afternoon! Praying that big storm heads off to sea, not only for my hunt, but also to avoid any wreckage and destruction for our East Coast friends. Only time will tell! Wish me luck!
