    Nice buck. Congrats!

Coyotes have been a problem here since the price went down so much a few years ago. I hunt them after deer season just for fun.

Nice buck! Sorry about the yotes. You did the right thing, can't do much more. Will make a nice mount though.

Nice buck. Damn yotes...I wish they would eat the antlers instead of the meat.

LOL, Vito. You're one in a million! (No....I'm serious....)

Tough luck, HH. Still think you made the right decision.

Congrats on the buck. Those yotes did a number on him in a short time. That sucks, but at least you were able to recover what you did.

    Nice buck congrats.

It sucks about the coyotes, but you still made the right decision IMO. Congrats again.

No the broadheads weren't the issue. I shoot Razor Tricks and they leave a great bloodtrail, a blind man could have followed it once we found where he entered the slough.

It's just the time of year and the thinness of the CRP apparently, 3 years ago I shot one out of the same tree early enough that we could see the blood gushing from both sides of him as he ran away. Still we didn't find blood in the the CRP field until he got into a slough.
