Had a good day fishing yesterday. Along with these fish also caught 3 longnose gar, a striper and several bass and crappie we threw back. We had a blast.

If it hadn't been rainy today, I would have been hard pressed not to head out for a rip on the river. I can feel it coming.

No I was watching you work while I was fishing. LMAO My crappie hole wasn't very good so we went to a new spot we found in January. I paid off. Their not opening the main lake this year are they? I thought i heard last year it was going to be awile if ever weather it would open again. Which pit do you usually go to at Sugar ridge?

They were biting pretty good on Saturday. We were actually trying to catch crappie but the bass were hitting so we went with it.

Heck, there were people still ice fishing here yesterday. I went upstream from my house about 4 miles and the creek(it's really a river) has started to bust up. It won't be too long and it'll all let go and we'll have open water at the house. The lake still has a foot and a half of ice on it.

How many pits do you have? How many acres do you lease? Big bluegills?
