(A car wreck shattered my shoulder socket and clavicle) I'm not even close to breaking any weightlifting records but for a guy that used to dead lift 600 and squat 550 it was a real shot to my pride to have to sell my old bow and hunt with a crossbow. This season i hunted at 55# with a new bow. I will turn my bow up to 62# for next season then plan on buying a 70# or maybe #80 bow again. It might not be necessary to shoot higher draw weight, but as long as you can draw with GOOD form and hold steady then it's a no brainer. It will make a "more ethical kill" which I'm sure is a phrase that is uttered from the critics mouth as well. It's funny how it seems to be in people's nature to critique everything that isn't possible for them because they lack the physical or mental ability.
