A couple bucks I've photoed or got on trail camera that I am pretty stoked about hunting this fall. I have seen and found 1 other awesome tall tined 6x5 several times... but have no good photos its always at last light, that I wish I could share with you guys, so..this is all I have for now of a few dandy old mountain bucks I'd love to intercept come fall. (updated page 2)
Phenom bucks to chase Troy. I need to move to Idaho.. the scenery alone is enough if I never kill a buck again.
Stud Bucks Troy! Between what you have there in Idaho, and what there will be in Iowa, it's going to be a great year to see what you put on the ground. Good Luck Bud...
I just checked my camera hours ago, updated pix of "Sledge". I got several other young bucks, does, cow elk and a few bulls on film but nothing out of the ordinary, but I really like this 7x7 now, hes a stud. I am gonna target this buck very seriously, now that I am fully confident hes fully mature. It will be a tough challenge being he only shows up from 10pm to about 2 a.m.
hey ryan, love your signature, I agree "whatever it takes" love it! See u out here soon brother! This buck has me pretty stoked right now, cant get him out of my mind can't wait to show ya were he's living. here are a few pix for you my friend, wont be long and the big bulls will be showing up..
we have had the most rain I can remember this summer, the bucks seem to be showing it from all the awesome mountain feed they are getting. None of these bucks are ag bucks so its pretty cool finding a few big woods deer looking this good in july and august...oh yeah and as far as Iowa goes, man I can not wait to hunt there!
Thanks Mike, its especially beautiful this summer with all the rain we are getting, man is it green out here still, as for these bucks I am really stoked about this 7x7, I havent seen a buck in idaho for several years that has got me this motivated. 26 days till I get to hunt his area.
saw the big 6x5 last night right at dark ...man has he put some size on ...STILL no photos of him.. GRRRR he looks like a solid 150+ buck
