    I had been in touch with Pat not too long ago about a MP6 i had.

    The problem was taken care of within about a week or so and even go a nice little hat to wear while checking cameras.



    I have a few different brands of cameras, a moultrie and bushnell, but i doubt they would be as easy to deal with if a small issue occurred. I will continue to use the covert line as the quality and value in the cameras are great, but the service exceeds that. The service that was shown to me was more than expected.

    Exactly why Covert is the ONLY cam i will ever use. Had a minor problem with one of mine, had it all taken care with no problem! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
