So I am watching the 9/11 americans remember and just now have I noticed that out of the 2783 people that died. Most of them were between the age of 30-36. That just blows my mind. Also how many of them had newborn infants at home and how many had very young kids that grew up without a parent. My thoughts and Prayers are with everyone who was there on 9/11 and everyone who lost their life. Today I am proud to say I am an American.
When the first jet hit the tower, a co-worker at my unit came running into my office to tell me about it. I thought he was pulling my leg and told him to get lost as I had reports to get done. Soon, I heard some female airmen screaming in the dining facility and I went to see what was going on. I will never forget the angst I felt when I saw them replay the jets hitting the towers and later hitting the Pentagon. So many innocent non-combatives were murdered that day and we will not forget. Now, the terrorists will never forget our resolve.
Ditto....That day went deep in my Heart... And today trying to keep busy... It still hurts.... Sorry, To all directly or indirectly affected... Everyone...... Truely! Sorry! Bright side We Still Got It Going On... 6year ET!
