we do equine therapy with her, she loves the horses... actually, we have a plan in place... down the road we plan on relocating to AL and I'll be opening my own place down there and she is going to come to work with dad every now and again as she gets older... we just bought 20ac down there and have right of first offer on a house an additional 5ac across the road... when taht place is available we are going to buy it also and live there while we build our other place and save that house as a guest house and for her when she gets old enough to have a place of her own...

That is really cool Seven. I'll just bet you will have her all squared away where she can do many things on her own as an adult. Congratulations to you on your hard work, and good luck to her.

That is awesome! Therapy with animals, music with dad, hanging out in the woods with you, ALL great things that will aid in her development. She seems like a happy little kid.

she is, but a PITA... stubborn little s#!t, like her mom!! haha she hasn't ventured out to the woods yet, she's not patient enough and is VERY loud... but I ride her around the farm on the quad and stuff, especially grampa's lawn tractor...

My boy is 2.5, and we just started full blown training. It was hell last week. Piss everywhere. And dropped a deuce once. Thank the Lord I wasn't there for that. Feels like he is destroying my house. After 2 days, we gave in. Put the diaper back on. I think moms went back at it today.

She is trying this aggressive way of just no underware or anything and making him sit on the pot every half hour. But he sits there, takes his M&M or treat and gets off and lets it rip right on the floor.

awesome!!!! we preferred leavin the boys in undies and pants, that way if they pee'd or dumped they had to 'sit in it' until they got changed... youngest got the message after about 4 days... oldest was even quicker, he did it on the 'incentive program', you do this, we'll get you that, he was only about 1-2 days...

Man I guess I am very lucky. I have two children. A boy who is 4 and a little girl who is 2. I had both my kids out of diapers by their second birthday. A little trick I found out for boys is, let them pee on a tree outside and see how cool it is. Let them do that for a few days then gradually move them inside. My little girl has an accident every once in a while but its when she wakes up in the middle of the night. She goes to the bathroom, but i think she is so tired that she forgets what she is doing. She ends up standing by the toilet and peeing on the floor.
