My buddy sent me these earlier from his farm I'll be hunting.

The one that says new cut is a phenomenal morning spot that I cannot wait to sit. I just prepped that site last month. Spring head is right behind it. 24285.jpeg 24284.jpeg

Yeah they are. That 8 on his mineral site is about as clean an 8 you can get. He had a couple more running around there that are ridiculous. Hopefully they are still around.

Dropped my bow off this morning. He said my string doesn’t have any twist in them that is why I’m shooting horrible. Glad I got screwed on new strings and cables last year. Gonna have it back in a. Few days.

I've been out 4 times now. Plan to be out again tomorrow evening. Seeing deer every sit and have passed quite a few (just not the big ones).

Well we were about to board the plane for the third jump today and the engine popped and black smoke came flowing out. Soo no more jumps today

I am planning a morning hunt tomorrow. Wind isn't supposed to be ideal, but I'm going to give it a shot. Might try to go to my buddy's farm for Sunday morning, but a lot has to come together for that.

Got it done tonight. I’ll post the story later. First buck with my bow. Not the biggest but I’m damn proud!

I remember my first bow buck like yesterday and it has to be 15 years ago already...might be worth mounting just because of that

No deer again. I did a quick 100 yard scout on that spot and need to just pull my stand until either the nearby beans yellow up or the persimmons start falling. The only oaks nearby are on property I don't have permission on anymore. I really need to track down the owner. Long story on that one and I can't seem to catch the guy.
