Don't get much better then that!! I was out last Tuesday and the shores were giving away. I was hardly able to get off. It's pretty rotten now.

Coming from someone who doesn't ice fish, that pictures makes me nervous! Sunny, 70 degrees and sitting on ice! How much longer will you be able to get out on the ice?

Ice fishing in shorts and not in a shanty. Can't say I've seen that before.

One of the last days we'll be on the ice, but there's still 18-20" of ice.

Good time with my brother and his kids though!

Ice is too far from the shore to fish here anymore. 6 ft is the closest I've seen.

Well we don't have any Ice but did do some trout fishing saturday and sunday. Catch and release until the season starts. Hooked my hand which is quite painful. Especially the trying to get it out part. Glad that you had some luck.

Well, by the end of yesterday, we had moved all the gear and ourselves to two holes drilled at the end of the docks. You could watch anything metal set on the ice, sink into it as it melted. Pretty crazy stuff.

Don't think I'll be walking on it anymore after today. We might have open water by the end of the week :tu:
