Looks similar to what we got going on (aside for the coca cola can). Approaching around 1,000 lbs of meat ground and stuffed or made into something. That foot pedal control the speed or just on and off?

I have the same stuff. The bags work great! Don't have the foot pedal though.

Foot pedal is just on/off...............paid for itself already. The tape dispenser is cool as well.......just twist the bags and push down. Cuts and seals that quick.

We are heading out Friday so if we tag another one I will let you know how much faster it goes with a couple guys........it sure sped up my solo run considering I ground 30 lbs.

    Sweet!!!

I was nervous last night risking 30 lbs of meat for my "test" but I have seen many processors use these (including a 1/2 angus I got some of last summer) so I figured they should be fine.

    Thanks for the heads up.

I highly recommend the foot pedal.............although I can see not needing it if you are prepared and fast with the bags.
