    Nicely done John! There's nothing quite like breaking the ice with that first deer of the season. Hopefully this sets a tone for the rest of your year and a few bucks hit the ground before it's all done.

    If only I had some corn growing somewhere around where I hunt. I really like the blind set up. Nice pics too! Way to go getting us on the scoreboard!

    I've got plenty of corn, but I'm afraid if I try to put a blind out that it's either gonna get stolen or the farmer is going to run it over when he's combining! :D

    Someday I'd like to get a nice ground blind, but for now I'm content with popping a squat next to whatever tree/bush/deadfall suits for fancy for that evening.
