    I'm not sure if it's enabled on the new format. I was going to be a smart *** and rate this thread a 1 star, but I get nothing when I try. It's right next to the search tab at the top of the page.

    Yeah, I had already tried rating a thread too, that was why I asked hoping that Justin or someone else that knew would chime in. Not a big deal though, curious more than anything.
