First of all, I have to thank my absolutely amazing wife, Jill, for letting me hunt yesterday....even though she came home from the hospital with our new little girl just the day before. It was the last day of the WI season and was only my second sit since November 17th. Its been tough to find time to sit since then, with her going to school, being pregnant and having an almost 3 year old son. Anyways, I was finally able to draw some blood and whacked this big nanny at 4:10 yesterday evening. I'll type up a full story, mostly about the track job, and post it in my blog this evening. Now, if Johnny and I can find a couple days that work for both of us before the 17th to head to Illinois, I may be able to complete a 4th quarter comeback and pull a good buck out of a hat.
Congratulation's on the doe Dan!! Nice shot by the looks of It!! Good luck to you 2 If you make It back down to Illinois.
Congrats on the doe, and a bigger congrats on the new little girl! Late night feedings and early morning hunts can be painful. Believe me, I know.:p
