    Alright Guys!
I need some help, my wife and I have been asked to help build a 4-H Shooting Sports Program for Salt Lake County, UT.
I wanted to know if anyone on here has ever helped build such a program or are actively participating in a 4-H shooting sports program in your area. I would like to here any advice & best practices that you all might have that could help us build this program in Salt Lake.

I was in the horse department of 4H growing up. However, there was a gun/bow club in the town over.

They did a lot of practice shoots. They had biweekly practice at the local 3D range. I know we have a Sportsman club that does a rifle shoot (22's)...try and get the kids involved in that. Our PA State competition had some kids that went on to compete at the junior olympics! Definately had some talent in it!

Thank you for starting one. It's a great thing to get the youth involved! I keep debating it myself!
