Anyone ever successfully do it? I understand how, 1 vane, 4 clicks, 2nd vane repeat.
My nocks keep rotating so I cannot get even spacing. Not wanting to glue my nocks in, could you hot wax nocks in fletch then heat up to remove nock?

I've never used that jig, but I can say that I struggle to get even spacing on four fletches even using a Bitzenberger jig. I have to pay very close attention.

I can't imagine doing it with your jig.

there is a vid or two out there showing how ... I tried it, never saw a difference between 3 and 4 fletch ... I now use a 2.75" vane which gives good helical with my Mini-Max/3 fletch .. Blazers also fly well using it/3 fletch, Used Blazers for many yrs ... I used Heat vanes when I tried 4 vanes, they flew good, wider BH's didnt like 'em, Mechs were great ... Viper Tricks and Standards flew good using 4 Heats/helical, but this was yrs back using my '06 Allegiance .. tuning is much much easier now with the newer systems ..
