Finally able to get out today and check my Covert. Not a ton of pics but some and starting to see some growth. Will have to look at the night photos tonight on my other computer with a better screen. I did notice some moisture inside my flash on the MP6. Anyone else experience this?

Crap just realized the date is off by a month. Will get that fixed in 2 weeks when I get back out to check it again.

After reviewing the pics now on my better/large computer I did have a few night photo's but mainly of coyotes and racoons. A few deer but it really seems like an early morning spot and they seam to be using the trail up to the upper right corner of the pictures which is perfect because I already have stand spot picked out right on that trail! I did notice that my camera is aimed to high and just over the top of my Monster Raxx site so I will have to lower that next time I go out along with refreshing it.

I also put out a StealthCam today along a farm road that has a ton of deer trails along it. My only fear with that is the ahole neighbor runs his four wheeler up and down it once and awhile and if he sees it I know for sure he will steal the camera. My buddy and I are going back out thursday to put up another camera to spy on mine. We know this guy has stolen our stuff before but we have never gotten him on film. Hopefully using my camera as bait we can catch some pictures of him in the act!

What's crazy about that spot that you don't see is about 50 yards in the direction the camera is facing is a major highway with a 10,000 acre forest preserve on the other side. I know the deer are crossing at this spot from across the street onto our property. When I am standing where the camera is I can see the cars passing by so I am really surprised to see them at that early in the morning with rush hour traffic so close.

Gonna try to get out tomorrow morning if the weather is alright so I can lower the camera and refresh my Monster Raxx site. After looking at all the pictures closer the site did real well before all the flooding but really died off after that.

No stolen cam I hope. I have lost a couple over the years. My friend Jim lost 2 or 3 last year. We did put one in some fake leaves last year (looked like a squirrel net) and caught a guy on it, but no one knew who he was.

We think we already have the one buck pictured identified. It looks like his one side is growing a bit off the to side. If that is in fact the case as the next few weeks will confirm he is a buck we call Lickety Split. He was injured 2 years ago when he got his rear left leg caught in a trap. The trapper was able to free him and he lived on but since then he has a swollen ankle and his hoof is now angled off to the side. If it is him he will certainly be a buck we will be trying to take this year. He should actually be a decent buck. Can't wait to get more pictures to confirm!
