    I'm selling this land in Texas to fund another purchase. It's all bottom land in a flood plain. No water or electric on the place. No need for me since I'm only 15 minutes away. Great deer and hog hunting. Towering oaks galore. Has a creek that borders on the East and West side. 25 acres of the property is a sanctuary that I've been in twice retrieving deer.
