340/350 spine arrows; up to what poundage would you shoot them?

    As a "general" guideline yes but like most questions there are exceptions.

    I actually shoot them on a 400 spine arrow but much lower poundage.

    One would need to be on the edge of being underspined before upping point weight will make them too underspined to shoot. This gets blown out of proportion.

    To give you an idea how much difference point weight makes on dynamic spine. I ran my numbers and compared them to normal 100 gr points and regular 20 gr inserts.

    You'll notice I'm a bit on the stiff side but well within acceptable ranges.
