ATLANTA -- As Aaron Rodgers trotted off the field, savoring another playoff win, he was serenaded with chants of "Go, Pack, Go!"

This wasn't Lambeau Field, but it sure sounded like it.

Definitely impressive. I watched the second half, and he put on a show.

He is a stud...and by the end of the 3rd quarter it might as well have been lambeau, as all the locals were on I-20.

We were simpl,y outplayed, and a very average D got exposed but a VERY VERY good QB. We had wide open shots and he simply sidestepped them and delvered the rock.

One thing alot of people do not realize is that behind Vick, Aaron Rodgers is the second best running QB in the NFL. He could be on his way to getting the Superbowl and removing the ghost of Brett from his closet.

Right about now, EVERY team should fear the Packers !!
I think they are peaking at the very optimum time.

I loved this game. All season I thought Atlanta was not as good as their record. This game exposed that. One and done. Go PACK!!! New England is going to be their biggest threat.

So you're predicting a GB/NE superbowl? IMHO, there's still a lot to be decided after the way this season has gone.

Oh I know, just giving you hard time:D

If I were to make a prediction at this point, that would be mine as well.

They really kicked some serious butt. About as lop sided as a game can get for one that was suppose to be a tough match up. Green Bay got the right quarterback when they let Favre go. The boy looks like he's been doing it forever and really doesn't miss much. Atlanta could not put any pressure on him. A couple of his incompletions were when he expected zig and the receiver thought zag.. Time to throw, open receivers and he hit them all. Atlanta has got to be thinking.... what in the hell hit us?

We have thought this very thing down here, pulled a couple wins out of our rear that was more luck than skill. I am torn again, I love my falcons...but man they break my grandmothers (biggest fan) heart every year.

As soon as the dong pics came out..... That was the dagger for me on his legacy. I honestly don't care if they don't retire his number as a Packer.

I get what you are saying, but Brett did bring title town back to it's former glory. I think you guys forget how bad you were for a long time, maybe a picture of Don Makowski would help. If Brett did not do a song and dance the last 3 or 4 years and would have went out in glory with a Packer jersey on, the tune would be a little different. Brett helped Rodgers replace him in your hearts a little faster than normal when he put on that purple you guys loathe so much.

Make no doubt though, he will be judged on getting a title in the end. He is a heck of a QB that is for sure.

I could possibly understand (as an outsider) not retiring his number because of the way he went out...but he is no doubt the greatest packer of all time, and his number should go in the rafters..after all he will go into canton wearing it.

Make no mistake...his number will be retired in GB. Just not under current management. They would welcome it. Favre wouldn't until Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy were gone.
