I found this new company called Deer Crossing Archery and they seem to have some good reviews on their arrows but dont know a lot about their xbow arrows. Has anyone every heard of them? Below is copied from their website deercrossingarchery.com "The DCA XBow Bolts are designed with hard-hitting penetration in mind. Our custom brass inserts provide a high Front Of Center value to increase downrange accuracy and momentum. And the brand new Norway Fusion X vanes are slightly offset to provide stabilization without speed-robbing friction in the crossbow channel. Made from the same high quality carbon as our arrows, the XBow bolts are second to none for the serious crossbow shooter. .300 Inner Diameter 8.77 GPI ID .300" PDP Brass Inserts 22" (92 grains) Bohning Flat-Back Nocks (8.9 grains) Bohning Half-Moon Nocks (7.6 grains) Norway Fusion-X 3" Vanes (7.8 grains each) " I'm wanting to try them out, at that price its sure worth a try!
I've never used them, but I have only heard good things about this company. I may have to try these too.
i just got some called x-bolt by victory. i purchased these on ebay from suwanee georgia. I have a barnett jackal so i got the 20" version. They come with brass inserts/half moon nocks and they have a good f.o.c. i bought six arrows for around $30 it was a few dollars more with tax. They also provide you with 6 field points free. I live in columbus ga so they got here in 2 days. I am pretty impressed with them. At first I didn't have a real good target and the arrow went through 6 or more inches of foam, a 3/4 piece of osb strandboard and an old piece of 1/2 inch hardwood plywood (w a fieldpoint.) The arrow was still straight. I did that multiple times... I made a new target and the accuracy was good also. I would recommend these arrows. I weighed a few and the weights were pretty consistent. The field tips are 100 grains and the arrrows weighed in at 317-320 gr. hope this helps I didnt realize your post was in May
