3 Years Of "Ole Boy"

    I first got pics of this buck in Dec 2009 and promptly named him "ole boy". He showed again in 2010. And now this year. When I first got pics of him I thought he was old. Now I believe he is really old. His rack isn't much but wow what a trophy he would be. :deer:

    Anyone care to take a stab at his age ? ?

    I think you said in the other post you were guessing him to be 6.5, I honestly think he's older than that. That would be a trophy though, he's huge!

    I agree. I guessed wrong. I think he is closer to 8.5 now. :jaw:

    I was going to say he looked 6.5 in the first picture, now just kill him and check for sure. :)

    Once upon a time in Sparta Wisconsin there lived an old warrior of a whitetail deer. His skills were amazing and he nearly went unscathed his entire life until a hunter named Pat pulled a slick trick and out smarted the old wise man. Turns out the deer was 8.5 years old!!!

    Thats my sorry attempt at humor, but that deer is like great, great, grandpa old. Would be an awesome trophy Pat. :tu:

    I think he's pretty old Pat. He already looks old In the 09 pics.
