So I was wondering I saw a buck tonight and it looks as if someone had taken a shot at him and wounded him. He was running semi-ok but when he slowed up I could tell he had been shot in the front left leg. If so will he survive the winter? what are your thoughts

Depends how much snow i suppose and if he's slowed up too bad the coyotes will get him once the snow gets deep.

Im not to worried about the snow slowing him up. I am more worried about a yote getting him or something like that.

Thats a big problem up here the yotes take out a lot of deer when the snow comes and the deer lose full mobility. Hopefully he'll make it through the winter.
