Breitbart.com states that 3 Illinois counties refuse the ban on conceal carry! Randolph, Madison and Clinton counties. They[Randolph co.] are announcing that the "law abiding citizens" will be able to exercise their constitutional rights [with a FOID card]. It seems that the Illinois State Police and similar associations are informing the public that the ban is still the Law of the Land. I just find this fascinating. I might just move back to southern Illinois.
