Actually it was a 4.3 centered near Sycamore, IL which is about 20 minutes from here. I slept through it and didn't feel a thing. :D

Everything is still standing, no damages have been reported to my knowledge. Pretty crazy though!

They just changed it to a 3.8 quake that was centered in Gilberts which is a mile from my crib and around three from the bowhunting.com empire! My dogs were freaking out and we thought a snowplow hit our neighbors house.

How far's that from where Oprah films.

I just saw on the news she busted her ass on ice, in the wee hours this morning.

I saw that on the news when I woke up this morning and wondered if any of you felt it.

That's how I woke up this morning on the southside of Chicago. Between that and the constant sound of snow plows all night long, I didn't sleep well.

Not Oprah induced, it hit less than a mile from my house and we don't let her within three miles of our town;) Just got a call from my friend Clint who is the town mayor. Chicago Channel 7 is coming out to interview him about the quake at 10am this morning.

Just like a Wisconsin-ite to claim an earthquake his states before ours in Illinois.

That quake belongs to us buddy.

Then keep your "quake" to yourself and don't let it filter over. :p
