Just set up some new stands and found out the land I hunt has grown. Still haven't had a chance to scout the addition. Just starting to warm up and start shooting my bow. Don't have time to like I did before my daughter. Not thrilled with my accuracy yet. I know it'll get back to where it was if I shoot everyday again. Yesterday was my first time shooting since last season. My groups were about 6"-8". Usually I'm around 2" and under. So over the next 3 weeks that's what I'll be focused on.

I will be hunting a small farm a friend owns in NE Ohio, and public land in SW PA. I do hunt one private spot in PA but I can only hunt it when my friend is there so I only get there once or twice a season.

I am using a 2016 Elite Synergy. I had to drop down to 50#'s due to some bicep surgery in June. I am using Solid Legend 100 for broadheads on Easton Hexx shafts. I have not even shot this bow yet because of the above surgery. I should be able to starting in September, I'll be ready for the Ohio opener.

Bow (ignore insulation I started remodeling this room right before I hurt my arm). I did just put new Bow String Depot strings on it and why there is no peep yet. I can't shoot it lol.

    **** Team 2 Official Thread******

I'll be hunting private land my grandfather and myself own and the additional properties we mange around them for the past 10 years in northwest Illinois. Had a bad case EHD about 4 years ago and they area is finally starting to bounce back. I'm also going to hang a stand in some public land for the first time as I live about a hour from the private land and I will be able to hunt a lot more having a place closer to home. I got a new bow this spring, a carbon spyder zt 30. Shot my first bow turkey with it this spring. ImageUploadedByBowhunting.com Forums1471804750.934194.jpg Wanted to move up to a 70lb bow and being left handed I got a deal at a local shop on one that had been sitting on the shelf and I love it. I'm unsure what broad heads in going to use this year, I'm thinking about going back to muzzy if they fly good with this bow. It's tuned well so I'm hoping they do if not I'll pry use rage again. Wish it was easier to test them. I'm quite excited for this year and wish everyone the best of luck. Go team!!! I ImageUploadedByBowhunting.com Forums1471804927.662038.jpg

Ill be doing most of my hunting on private land in Vermont, and both private and public in
New Hampshire. I bought a Halon 6 back in April and Ive been shooting it a lot, I feel like it will be the ultimate hunting bow! Ill be shooting Easton Axis arrows with QAD Exodus or Grim Reaper broadheads.

We just got on a 650 acre lease up in Shelbyville TN, it's mostly soybean and corn but had a lot of edges around the outside with shooting houses and double stands. We went through past 2 weekends and put outhem feeders and minerals and I found 3 pinch points near bedding areas that we saw some good deer on the cameras we put out. We have 2 deer that I'm sure are pushing 130-140 that I'm after and I have 3 bucks here in GA between my Papaws farm and a small tract me and buddy hunt. I went and got new Sitka gear today after returning the UA camo I had bought last week. It hurt my wallet a lot more but the camo is a lot better so I should be ready to go come game time. We will have 1 more chance to run up north and check cams and get our game plans in order for opening day. Until then I'm going to be dialing the Prodigy in and getting ready for opening day.

Grab them if you are considering them. I couldn't find them for less than full price. One guy on AT posted a link for about the price you listed but when I followed the link they were back to full price.

As much as I hate to miss the contest I have decided to withdrawal due to my bicep injury. It is not healing well and I am not sure I will even be able to bowhunt this fall. I am no where near close to even be able to start drawing my bow (I tried yesterday). I do not want to be just dead weight so I asked Fitz to remove me. Good luck folks!

Sorry to hear about Coop. Good call giving the arm time to heal. The last thing you wanna do is permanent damage. Welcome aboard Frenchbritt. Finally got my draw back, lol. Dead on now with broad heads and ready!

I'm sorry to hear that bro. And that sucks because he is a strong consistent(Awesome) hunter. Fitz, give us a spearthrowing SOB that's in far enough to get us to the end. Coop, I'm sorry to lose you brother. Please keep up with the thread and let us know how you are healing. Godspeed my Friend.
