lol I wish. I got permission from the Lil lady to go. Me and the boy are in a tower stand this morning. We've seen 5 deer but all were about 60-75 yards away. I knew this stand wouldn't be the best choice but it was the only one I could get the boy up in so we decided to try our luck.


I don't know why that post posted twice last night at different times. The bhod app does some strange things sometimes.

 

Maybe I've already asked this but if he doesn't kill a buck can he enter the doe as his second deer? ( I'm not wishing that upon you kyle, just wondering?)

 

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, it has to be a legal buck and a bonus deer. The bonus deer can be another buck, but you only get 50 points regardless.

 

No the only thing I can enter next is a buck. Anything scoring less than 50" gets 50 points. Over 50 gets its P&Y score.

Still have some people who haven't gotten a doe. Better sooner than later. I'd hate to put the stink of death in a spot for a doe during the rut.

 

arrow blasted through her at 8 yards then into this branch. She went 35 yards and crashed. (Right into the middle of a swamp, fun recovery)
