That's the attitude I have. I lose access to at least one property per year. I don't get upset over little things like that. Wish I could afford a lease or my own piece of paradise, but my family takes priority.

Very cool buck. I'd say he'd jump to the top easy enough.
    Is he killable?

yes. I've got 3 pics of his in daytime on the moultrie with a modem. I know where he beds and where he eats, all within a 20 acre section.I just have to wait on a NE wind on the right weekend on a 50 yard travel corridor he uses.

    Nice deer Brad.

I need to check a couple cams.

Maybe the boy can get a shot at him. I'd let him try.

Nice looking deer. 1 week until my first sit. Hoping to take a doe the first week. I can only get out mon-tues-thurs-friday for last hour and a half and anytime sat.

My property is ready. My grandfathers favorite stand tree died so we had to move it 50 yards to the only other tree that would work. And that required a lot of cleaning out. Also hung a stand I think will be a great rut stand. Funnel of timber on the south side of a giant bending area. Got one more pick of the wide 8 I want to shoot. Forgot to turn my other camera back on. Oops. ImageUploadedByBowhunting.com Forums1473115932.795353.jpg

Yes 9/3 in KY. I actually hunted that morning (Saturday). I only saw a spike. Passed on him. My next hunt will be the 16th and 17th of September. Right now we are moving houses so I have a lot going on. Can't wait to concentrate on hunting!

I have been up on the mountain for the last 2 weeks chasing elk. We only managed one elk but had many encounters. So this next week I will focus on deer

Here are this weeks best daytime shots. Only 4 bucks on cam 2 during the day. Nothing huge but I know the area holds a few monsters. Hopefully they'll come around. Nothing like taking a deer at 9am. Plenty of time to sit and go for a double. Lol.

I have 4 days and I'm gonna have to hunt in camo shorts bc it's too D@MN hot. Do I get extra points for smoking a doe in shorts? lol

Go traditional with a loin cloth. Good luck with the ticks though.
