    Good grief....I'm sick of this hassle trying to get .22 and .17 ammo....just sayin!

    This is ludicrous, I finally found some "less than great" winchester rounds online today but that's the first ammo in stock I've found in like 6 months. Price is .16/round to boot....gah....when I think of how many dollars I shot up over my lifetime at that price I want to puke.

    Just venting.:throw::tu:

    I have access to 100 rounds of CCI .22lr at $10... I'm still not paying that.

    Watch this closely. I have purchased .22 LR for 0.08/round twice in the last week. I missed out on several 0.05/round where I didn’t see it fast enough.

    Haha, I see others share the frustration but at least are finding better deals.

    I bought 1000 rounds at that, one box for my brother in law who is my bud. I don't shoot that much anymore so figured screw it...I want to do some rabbit hunting yet with what few rounds I have on hand. Closes the 15th here.

    We've had a steady supply of bricks around here. The price went up though. They want $25 for a brick of 525

    That is about as cheap as I've seen. That 0.05/round is a killer deal but attainable if you are in the right place at the right time. 0.08/round you seem to be able to get failry often. 0.012/round is pretty easy to get in the right places.

    Whats the reason for the price spike? Are people still hoarding it?

    The price hike is increased production costs somewhat but for the most part...hoarders are buying up any and all reasonably priced rounds.

    How is 9MM stock for you guys? Gun shops here have a 1 box limit, and looking online, it is indeed in short supply again

    In addition t to the slowed production due to manufactures making other ammo with a higher profit margins, they also closed the only lead smelting company in the US recently due to increased regulation.

    The 22 situation is not going to get better. Neither will the hunting ammo situation, get it while you can.

    Typical communist thinking, if you can't outlaw guns...just attack ammo production. They should be afraid of ammo and guns.....very very afraid.

    .22 is hard to come by around here, but I can get .17 on demand in the shops. I actually shipped 100 rounds to a member on here earlier this year :lol:

    I was just in a store around here yesterday and they surprisingly had a lot of ammo. Bought the only box of blazer 9mm 50 rounds they had for $16 they they had a lot of the tula 9mm (don't shoot any tula ammo personally). They also had a lot of .223/5.56, again a lot of tula but also had american eagle/federal 50 round boxes for $17.

    Had several other calibers that haven't seen around in awhile but I only really looked at what I was after close enough to remember. They did have .22 but just saw and didn't really look at to see what it was goin for.

    Also no limit to what you could buy that I saw.
