    Hey, hey, don't count out Team 9! Our Nine Lives have survived a major car accident in which Travis should have never walked away. Thank the Good Lord he did! James damn near lost a finger. Had this happened to any other team, I am sure they'd be home sucking on their collective thumbs. We have killed eight deer between four team members-seven of which have been bucks-five scoring over 100 inches, and we are only halfway through the season. At this point, I believe we are only 30 or so points out of third place. Filling doe tags will become easier as the season progresses. Keep an eye on your rear-view mirror, just saying!

    lol I have had this deer for 3 years now on camera and last year he had decent brows. This year he blew up even more with mass and taller brows. Couldn't believe he didn't break them off but he wasn't a aggressive buck. I had 6 encounters with him, shot over his back 3rd week or so into bow season. Watched a spike almost take his doe one time. He never would come into a grunt or snort wheeze. Never even paid attention to when I grunted or snort wheezed at him.

    I love that these animals all have their own personalities. Great deer. Is that an Indiana 8 point record?

    He is a 10 but even if he was a record, I'm not big into putting my deer in record books. lol I just like having a history with a buck then when it all comes together its almost sad when it comes to an end. lol My past two bucks I have shot now I have had history with and my buddies tell me to get them officially scored and put in the books. I just have been fortunate enough to shoot 2 bucks grossing in the 150s 2 years in row.

    I've really debated doing the Hoosier Buck book but not the other ones. I do find it interesting seeing deer by county.

    I apologize. I am not sure why I thought he was an 8. Clearly there are 9 in the photo. That 10th appears to be hiding. Congrats again.

    @LittleChief
    Maybe this is already a thing but could we start a "Best Sportsman" award for the contest? I have a couple gents I'd like to nominate. @Iamyourhuckleberry and @pastorjim08 who are both solid teammates boosting their own team's spirits as well as popping into other other team threads and congratulating and checking in on others. Appreciate the sportsmanship guys.

    Those are two awesome members who are both deserving of the award. But it does in fact already exist. It goes to a member of the winning team. Sooooo baby steps buddy. It's not quite over

    50 + 2 buck scores is all that is left from team #5

    Heckler has both scores open
    Team haastyle has a buck score to get.
