***2024 Deer Contest Smack-Talk and General Banter Thread***

I'm going to let you guys off easy this year . I took my deer to the taxi yesterday and he asked if I had any idea on score yet? I told him that I scored him at 156 2/8" but wasn't positive I even scored him right as I am not confident that I even know what I'm doing. He checked him quick and said I was short on my score and that he's sure it will make the record book for Indiana (160+) so he's going to have me meet with an official scorer in January.

I saw that you shoot the VPA Omegas, I live close to their shop and I shoot their heads as well. 3-Blade 1 1/8" but I think I'm switching to the Omega w/ Bleeders.

 

I was supper impressed with my arrow setup with those Broadheads I ordered 6 more the just came today. Unfortunately I don’t think I could be further from Indiana while living in Illinois lol

Aw man I was going tell ya to drive up here and pick up some more from the shop! I'm friends with the guys that run VPA and they are always testing new ideas for their next head. Not sure they can make what they have any better though, looks like it performs great!

yeah, police your own team before you start asking other people to do it.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you didn’t look very hard

 

You know private messages address any questions a lot better than vague accusation. Not a good look for the contest.

 

You’d think team members would address it before it even can be any issue. Then nobody would …have to step on “any toes “

 

Jimmy I looked to see what you are so worked up about, and didn't see it.

Most teams don't really communicate that much to start with. And no one should have to be a watch dog either.
