Pears, berries Ok, peaches 50/50, Zero Apple's. Not a blossom on any wild or domestic. Plums flowers but depends on bees. I had good red acorn last year so won't see much this . Cherries are looking great! Hazel nuts good don't know about chestnuts, they aren't leafed out yet.
Good corns going to be in this year.

Maybe a bit too early. White / red oak seemed to be heavy with pollen, hickory were very weak last year and with our mild spiring (no late frosts) - could be good signs for fall hard mast. Mountains received late snow/frosts, so may vary across the state.

Berries are heavy set, peaches mixed, apples also void of fruit...I assume a relatively decent late spring/ early summer.

Looks like we are slated for 80+ temps in the next few weeks, but continuing scattered storms. Most soft mast in the south will be gone by July (blackberries generally around mid July). Summer here is more about browse, tired to tempos and moisture...which helps more with recruitment (IMHO).

Everything is just finally starting to get going around here, cold wet spring, now we have had 5-8 inches of rain over the past week.
I think we should have a good acorn crop in my woods this year since last year was a bust with the drought. Should be in the clear now for frost so that won’t goof anything up either. Hopeful that this year we will have more timely rains and not blazing hot like last year. Fingers crossed…..

Things are changing fast! I was gone for almost 2 days. When I left, things were just starting to leaf out and green up. When I got back last evening a lot of the fruit trees are fully flowered and way more plant growth in the woods.
