Anyone else hunting bear this spring? Headed up in to Ontario in June to hunt with North River Outfitters. After a couple years of little or no pressure, it should be a great hunt!
We are supposed to be going to New Brunswick in June. Hopefully it will be good. 2 years of no hunting should make for some nice bears.
I usually put out a bait every Spring on my property. I'm not sure how serious I'll be this year in keeping it baited regularly, diesel being over $5 bucks a gallon will up the cost to maintain a bait by quite a bit this year. Still undecided if I'll bother this year.
