Yes. My property is at about 4300' elevation. Went up there a couple weekends ago, still quite a bit of snow even in the more open areas. Still a lot of deep drifts in the shade. Last week it put down some more snow up there, about 3" more. More worried about it melting off enough for me to be able to start my bear bait on the April 15th opener. Any sheds are nice and secure under the snow, just have to beat my brother-in-law up there to look for them when the snow does finally melt, ha ha.
Just one more old one today. Think I might be officially done, but never know. Got my butt kicked with sheds. Found 5 or 6 dead deer. 3 were bucks. 1 was a nice sized 6 pt, one was a shed buck and the biggest one already had his antlers cut off, so couldn't tell what he was. It had huge bases at least 5" around. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I'm done for year. Ticks are out and deer were just to scattered out this year with the lack of snow. I think I only found 16 total.
Just got in from doing some stand work. Found this. Have not seen him before. 6" brow. My year of sheds minus a few I gave to kids. Size wise, better then average.
