Doesn’t taste anything like chicken. While it does look like pork it is way way milder than pork and doesn’t have the same taste. However what it does taste like it veal. It’s very mild I would use it in any dish that I would make veal. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it an eight or nine for table fare
