I went with the Bakcou Storm and also picked up the deer cart to hook up to it. The cart won't help as much here in the Ozarks, but it'll be great for the flatlands of Kentucky and Arkansas.

It usually starts to cool down here by mid-September. We get an occasional day in the 80s, but the mornings are in the low 50s. I have 10,000 acres to smell up and can be as aggressive as I want.

Bought a new Yamaha Viking 3 weeks ago for a hunting/ food plot toy. It died on me in the woods behind the house Saturday and would not start again. ATV is in the shop, no plots in, no cameras up and it's hotter than hades. I'm way behind schedule this year.

    thats your own fault.
enjoy it, been married just over 11 years and i wouldn't trade her for anything. done right marriage is wonderful. however when you start popping kids out that too can interfere with your hunting.

I used to take an entire week stay at hunting cabin and grind out the rut, now i have 4 kids...

Gotta be careful how you word it...you make it sound like your kids are a burden on ya, and I am willing to be they aren't.

That post reminded me of this one @Swamp Stalker made back when we were on the same team in 2017.

I’d had a great morning in Kentucky and when I saw this I absolutely cracked up.

Thanks everyone, I actually have more time off for hunting this year than any other, just not right at the top of the season. I don’t hunt much then anyways.

Better opening day than prime time.... I was dumb and fell for getting married on Halloween.... Wife doesn't appreciate me asking if I can go hunting before anniversary plans lol
