I live about 20 minutes east of Heath. Near Flint Ridge park. My buddy Delette got a lease in Knox came up to scout opening weekend and the guy on the lease for that week block then shot a nice buck. First sit was monday night. Had 4 different bucks in the area. Small one was chasing a doe around for a few minutes. 2 others took turns making rubs and scrapes within 20 yards of each other. Right at dark (7:20ish) a buck i would have shot was within 30 yards of me shredding a tree and making a scrape for like 5 minutes. Turned and walked away. Never gave me a shot.
